Privacy Policy
Simple and clear.
This policy covers the MyMorti pilot web app and Chrome extension used for Gmail-based mortgage document review.
What MyMorti collects
- Pilot sign-in details that identify the operator and workspace.
- The currently open Gmail thread context when the operator clicks Capture thread.
- Borrower documents and extracted document findings from files the operator uploads.
- Operator actions taken inside MyMorti, such as checklist updates and draft actions.
What the extension stores locally
- The Chrome extension stores the pilot sign-in session in extension local storage.
- The Chrome extension stores the current review snapshot in extension session storage.
- Raw borrower documents are not stored in extension storage after the active session.
How MyMorti uses data
- Authenticate the operator and scope work to the right workspace.
- Review uploaded borrower documents and generate cited findings.
- Draft grounded borrower follow-ups for the operator to review and send manually.
- Show saved review history and request-package activity in the pilot workspace.
What MyMorti does not do
- MyMorti does not auto-send email.
- MyMorti does not sell personal data.
- MyMorti does not use pilot data for advertising.
- MyMorti is not a loan system of record and does not replace the LOS.
Security and transmission
MyMorti sends pilot data to the hosted pilot app over secure HTTPS connections. Access to the pilot workspace is limited to allowlisted pilot users.
